Installation:
I downloaded the drop mod and the 10×10 stash. Does the extra stash mod not work on 1.14d? I created a new shortcut that opens the game, went to properties and put in the target “-direct -text ” without quotes. It looks like this (“C: Users User Desktop Gfolder Diablo II Diablo II.exe” -direct -txt ). The stash becomes 10x10. The stash has over four billion pages (in other words, it's basically unlimited). There's a personal stash (per character) and a shared stash (shared among all the characters). Each has four billion pages. PlugY is a mod whose primary purpose is to increase the stash size for Diablo II characters. Over the years it has grown to include numerous other useful functions, such as enabling Ladder Only Rune Words outside of the Battle.net Ladder, enabling the Uber quests outside of Battle.net and various other small tweaks and additions.
- Install Stasher mod by unzipping contents into GDmods folder. (Probably C:Program Files (x86)SteamsteamappscommonGrim Dawnmods )
- Create a new mod character (Need a new one anyway in order to save updates to it.)
- Copy mklink characters into your custom character mod folder ( from DocumentsMy GamesGrim Dawnsavemain into DocumentsMy GamesGrim Dawnsaveuser )
- Copy your formulas into the Stasher mod. ( from DocumentsMy GamesGrim Dawnsavemain ormulas.gst into DocumentsMy GamesGrim DawnsaveStasher )
- Move the gear from your read only Vanilla characters into the Stasher transfer.gst by loading the character with the Stasher mod.
- Transfer the gear from your Stasher stash onto [s]your new[s] any character using custom game and play normally.
Does Stasher v5 Works with GDStash or GDStashManager?
By default, Diablo 2 restricts itself to a single instance. By replacing the d2gfx.dll with a patched one, you can run multiple instances. Warning: Do NOT use this to play online; you will probably be banned. If you play online, you already have the tools available to transfer items. It restores all the cut content from the original game, adds all the interface improvements that were added in Diablo II, and adds a ton of new content. This is a very impressive mod, great for anyone who wants a much more expanded version of Diablo 1 with the improvements added in Diablo II.
With GD Stash it does, for the most part.
You only see the part of the stash that corresponds to the vanilla stash, not the expanded stash.
Diablo 2 Shared Stash Mod
If you mass import a stash or char, GD Stash will take all items, also the ones in the 'extended' section of the stash
Diablo 2 Expanded Stash Modpack
When saving the stash or char in GD Stash, the expanded size (and the items in it) is kept intact.
