I've been trying to re-install DDO for about a week now but the Pando Media Booster always fails to even begin downloading, blaming my Firewall for blocking PMB.exe, even though PMB.exe and 2 ports for Pando have been added to my Firewall's exceptions list! When I run the Pando Media Booster Options from my Control Panel and click on Advance Connection Settings followed by Test My Connection, every port that it tests fails! I've also tried to visit various Pando websites but not a single one will load.
According to my internet searches a lot of other people are having the same problem with the general consensus being that there's a problem with the Pando network and has been for about 2 weeks, possibly longer! No-one seems to know what the actual problem is and, given that I can't even get any Pando website to load, I can't seem to find anything official.
So, are there any other alternatives for installing the High Resolution version of DDO? Or have I (and many others) got to wait until the Pando techs get around to fixing the problem?
